Process of continuous growth

For IRCI, it is essential that those who join the company are able to grow in a consistent and structured manner. For this reason, we support recent graduates and students who develop experimental theses with us, thanks to active agreements with the University of Bologna and the Polytechnic University of Milan. Ninety percent of the young men and women who write their theses at IRCI then transform this experience into a professional career within the company.

Junior staff are supported step by step by senior professionals, with the aim of transferring skills, methods, and operating procedures. At the same time, senior staff find an environment open to discussion and innovation, whereideas and proposals are valued and can be translated into dedicated development paths, including through IRCI Academy programs and initiatives

Irci next

IRCI NEXT was founded in 2024 based on an idea by its founder, who has always believed in young people and their ability to build the future. It is a concept designed exclusively for young people under the age of 25 who are entering the world of work, with the aim of offering a concrete tool for guidance and support: helping them understand whether the path they have chosen is the right one and how to approach everyday choices with greater awareness.

IRCI NEXT is a space for open dialogue between young people, industry professionals, and companies: a place to exchange ideas, ask questions, share experiences, and focus on values and humanity, which are often overlooked today.

Projects in
High Schools

For years, we have been collaborating with Randstad Italia and technical institutes in the Province of Rimini to introduce young people to the world of work and support fourth- and fifth-year students in their transition from school to work.

Through dedicated meetings and activities, we address practical issues such as how to write a resume, how to prepare for an interview, what companies expect, and what opportunities a structured career path can offer. The goal is to provide useful and practical tools, helping students to navigate their path with greater awareness.

This program also allows future graduates to undertake internships in companies during their studies, bringing them into contact with the working environment and its dynamics. This experience makes them better prepared when they graduate and facilitates their successful integration into the professional world
