We have been operating in the civil and tertiary sector since IRCI was founded: it is an area in which we have built up historical expertise and which we now oversee with a dedicated division specializing in the development and redevelopment of complex real estate units.

We start with feasibility studies and energy audits, including the checks and requirements set out in Law 10, with the aim of achieving high standards of efficiency, comfort, and system performance. We design and build integrated technological systems (HVAC, heating and cooling plants, regulation and supervision, distribution and auxiliary systems) optimized for actual loads and usage requirements.

We focus in particular on executive areas and advanced service sector facilities, supporting the construction and modernization of hotels, exhibition centers, and department stores, ensuring operational continuity, reliability, and consumption control throughout the building’s life cycle.
