Energy optimization of chemical and plastic processes
We support companies in the chemical and plastics sectors in efficiency improvement programs where the main drivers are high electricity consumption, continuous cooling requirements, and energy-intensive processes. In these contexts, we design solutions aimed at reducing specific kWh consumption and stabilizing performance over time.
Our approach starts with an analysis of load profiles and points of dispersion, in order to intervene with high-impact actions: optimization of refrigeration plants and cooling circuits (improvement of COP/EER, advanced regulation, reduction of losses and auxiliary consumption), integration of heat recovery from processes and refrigeration units, and utilization of available energy for thermal utilities in the plant.
Where applicable, we integrate combined heat and power (CHP) systems to cover basic electrical loads and recover useful process heat, creating a more efficient and resilient energy system. We operate as a system integrator, coordinating mechanical systems, CHP, and control/monitoring tools to maximize savings and ensure operational continuity.
