Our company’s founding values have been handed down over time and are expressed in humility, respect, and continuous improvement. Putting ourselves out there every day, with the aim of always finding the best technical solution, has allowed us to build an authentic and recognizable approach.
These principles have given rise to our way of working: solid, concrete, and results-oriented. Over the years, this identity has transformed into a distinctive method that sets us apart and generates real value for our customers.

Where we come from,
where we are going
It all began with a challenge and the desire to turn a childhood dream into reality. Over time, the project has evolved through key stages and moments, accompanying the company on a path of continuous growth, always firmly anchored to its principles and values.
IRCI s.n.c. was founded in a small garage in Pietracuta di San Leo, where a project based on commitment, sacrifice, and expertise took shape.
1984
IRCI is moving
IRCI moves to the industrial area, building new offices and warehouses: a decisive step towards a more organized and functional structure.
1996
20 years of the company
The company celebrates 20 years in business and enters the industrial world with determination, expanding its reach and consolidating its reputation.
2001
IRCI becomes an S.p.A.
IRCI s.n.c. becomes IRCI S.p.A., marking the beginning of a new phase of growth and success on the national scene.
2004
The company is moving
New 8,500 m² headquarters, bringing together management and operational areas in a single location: a tangible symbol of evolution and integrated vision.
2006
The Renewable Energy Systems Division is born
The first photovoltaic plant in the Marche region is built, paving the way for sustainable energy and technological innovation.
2012
The Energy Efficiency Division is born

2015
New coordinated image
We value our four business divisions—Mechanical Systems, Cogeneration, Photovoltaics, and Service—for more consistent and recognizable communication.
2019
Inauguration of new plant: IRCI OFFICINE
Project dedicated to containerized cogeneration and trigeneration plants, pre-assembled skid systems, solar trackers, and cabins for photovoltaic systems.
2026
IRCI celebrates 50 years of business
IRCI celebrates 50 years of activity, half a century of growth, innovation, and commitment to serving the energy of the future.

We strongly believe in young people and their ability to get involved. For IRCI, they have been a fundamental pillar since the beginning: people are at the heart of our project and without them it would not have been possible to build what we are today.
Our model is based on constant mentoring between junior and senior staff, which over time has allowed us to pass on skills, methods, and work culture. This is how we have built an authentic and recognizable identity, capable of growing and strengthening year after year.
